Green Cart Catering was founded on the desire to do two things: 

One, to provide healthy and ethical cuisine. And two, to provide event hosts, committed to healthy & ethical eating, the ability to stay true to

their values while still providing their guests an outstanding culinary experience! Our 100% plant-based menus will impress everyone!

We cater large and small events, and we offer drop-off services, as well. Our kitchen is in Sussex County, NJ but we travel far and wide for our clients.

We offer creatively presented plated, buffet and family style services, as well as cocktail stations and hand-passed hors d’oeuvres.

Behind our great food is over 30 years’ experience in hospitality services.  So, Green Cart Catering can provide you with not only great food, but complete event services, as well!
